Information Technology (IT) offers training resources for students to assist them with the use of campus supported software tools. These training resources will assist students in learning how to use Blackboard and Joe'SS as well as Office productivity tools and Web authoring. Office productivity resources can help students learn about software such as Microsoft Office programs and QuarkXPress. Web development resources are also available to the help students make their own Web site on Dreamweaver.

Training Resources:

• Blackboard Learning Resources -- Blackboard is a Web application which allows faculty to interact with students. Students can use Blackboard to view documents posted by their instructors, check grades, submit assignments, and communicate with classmates.
• Joe'SS Learning Resources -- Joe'SS is a Web application which is managed by the Registrar's office. Students can use Joe'SS to register for classes, handle finances, view midterm and semester grades, and more.
• Office Productivity -- IT offers training to help students learn how to use software often used in a working environment.
• Teaching and Learning Technology
• Telecom/VoIP -- The IT Help Desk provides online documentation for campus telecommunication services such as VoIP.
• Web Development -- Dreamweaver MX training resources designed to help anyone use Dreamweaver MX efficiently.
