Using Microsoft E-Learning Library (MELL)

The Microsoft E-Learning Library (MELL) is a series of tutorials designed for both novice and expert computer users to help them become more familiar with common software applications. These tutorials are available for free to students, faculty and staff in the University of Missouri System.

The Microsoft E-Learning Library can be accessed on any campus owned machine, which is covered by the Microsoft Campus agreement, from https://mell.umsystem.edu. A Single Sign-on User ID (SSO User ID) is required to log in. The MELL site must also be opened on Internet Explorer to work correctly.

The tutorials include end user courses such as Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Microsoft XP Productivity tools (FrontPage, Project, Visio), and Microsoft Office 2003.

Technical courses offered include Deployment and Implementation of Office XP, Implementation of MS Windows 2000 Professional and Server, Administering an MS SQL Server 2000 Database, and more.
