IT offers training resources for faculty and staff members to enhance the use of campus software tools. Faculty and staff can learn how to use Blackboard and PeopleSoft to help provide a positive learning experience. Also available are Office Productivity resources which contain information such as how to use Microsoft Office programs and QuarkXPress. Faculty and staff can also use the resources here to learn about the campus VoIP phones and find helpful guides such as how to create Speed Dials. Faculty and staff can also find resources for Web management software tools such as Documentum Web Publisher and Dreamweaver.

Training Resources:

• Blackboard Learning Resources -- Use Blackboard to keep in touch with students. Learn to upload course documents and assignments. Keep students up-to-date in class by updating the grade book with assignment and test grades.
